This state of the art bag combines the usefulness and mobility of a large backpack whilst transforming to reveal an extra compartment to then make it a holdall. This is the perfect all round bag for any use, whether it be for training, holidays, long distance travel or everything in between. It has a compartment or pocket for just about everything. This is the perfect bag for your MMA training sessions as it is spacious and practical, its large compartments are great to fit all your equipment and pads as well as all your fightwear and clothing.

• Large main compartment with waterproof lining and mesh front panels to et air circulate
• Extendable compartment at bottom to transform bag into holdall
• Extendable compartment has large mesh front panel - suitable for wet/sweaty items after training
• Top cloth pocket for valuables. Cloth lining ensures your phone, iPod doesn't scratch easily
• Inner mesh pocket in large main compartment
• 2 large side pockets - 1 foil lined, suitable for hot food to ensure heat is kept in or for cold products to act as a cooler
• 1 large compartment down full back of bag (bottom when used as holdall)
• Padded adjustable straps on rear and enclosed full shoulder strap for holdall use
